We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Loyalty Cache for personal use on Apple devices you own or control.
You are responsible for the card information you store in the app.
You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to interfere with its operation.
We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
